About Elements & Order

Attention to detail,
thoughtfully applied.

Our philosophy

At Elements & Order, we believe that strong hospitality businesses are built through attention to detail, thoughtful evaluation and well-defined processes. Our approach brings together culinary understanding and structured problem-solving to help businesses recognise gaps, prioritise improvements and strengthen the way they operate.

01

Practical recommendations

Findings are translated into prioritised, realistic actions that a team can understand and work with, rather than abstract theory.

02

Culinary quality

Attention to the food itself: presentation, description, consistency and the details that shape how a product is experienced.

03

Operational clarity

Clear workflows, defined responsibilities and documented routines that make everyday execution easier to manage.

04

Continuous improvement

Standards are strengthened step by step. Each review is a starting point for steady, considered refinement.

Independent & online-first

Elements & Order is an independent consultancy. Engagements are currently delivered online, through video consultations, shared documents and the materials clients choose to provide.

Elements & Order is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Taj Hotels or any previous employer of its founder.

The Journey Behind Elements & Order

A foundation in culinary arts, shaped by hospitality management and corporate sales.

My journey in hospitality began with a foundation in Culinary Arts, where I developed an appreciation for food, presentation and the details that shape a guest's experience. I went on to pursue postgraduate studies in Hotel Management, broadening my understanding of hospitality operations and the business behind the experience.

My professional journey further evolved through my experience in Corporate Sales at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the organisation behind the Taj Hotels brand. Working within a corporate hospitality environment gave me valuable exposure to commercial coordination, client requirements, structured processes and the importance of maintaining consistency across business operations.

This combination of culinary education, hospitality management and corporate sales shaped my perspective on how food and hospitality businesses function beyond the guest-facing experience. It strengthened my interest in identifying operational gaps, improving processes and approaching business challenges with greater structure and clarity.

Elements & Order brings these perspectives together through a focused approach to culinary evaluation, food quality improvement and hospitality standards. The aim is to help businesses assess their existing practices, recognise opportunities for improvement and develop practical, well-considered recommendations.

For me, this consultancy represents an opportunity to combine my culinary foundation, hospitality knowledge and commercial exposure to contribute meaningfully to the development of food and hospitality businesses.
