Privacy
Privacy Policy.
Last updated 22 October 2026.
Elements & Order is an independent online consultancy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or write to us.
Who we are
Elements & Order can be reached at elementsandorder@gmail.com. That address is the contact for privacy questions as well as consultations.
Information you send us
The consultation form on this website is a Google Form. Your answers are not stored on this website. When you submit the form, Google saves the response in that form and in the Google Sheet linked to it. Google may also receive technical information, such as an IP address, under the Google Privacy Policy.
If you email us instead, we receive whatever you include, and the message is sent only if you choose to send it. That is typically your name, business email, telephone number, the name of your business, and a description of the support you are looking for.
How that information is used
We use it to read your enquiry, reply, and — if we both agree — to define a consulting engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use an enquiry for unrelated marketing.
What this website stores
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not create an account for you.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and layout files from jsDelivr. Those services may receive technical information, such as an IP address, under their own policies:
How long correspondence is kept
Form responses kept in the linked Google Sheet, and email we receive, are kept for as long as needed to respond, to carry out any work that is later agreed, and for ordinary record-keeping. You may ask us to delete an enquiry by writing to the address above.
Your choices
You may share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can write to elementsandorder@gmail.com to ask what correspondence we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
